Ovye is a partner of the firm. He is active in the firm’s dispute resolution practice. He has represented many clients at courts of first instance and appellate courts in Nigeria. Ovye has special interest in litigation pertaining to banking products and services. He has represented Nigerian banks in numerous commercial and investment disputes. He equally has experience representing consumers of financial products in litigation against Banks in the United Kingdom.
Ovye is also a valuable member of the firm’s corporate and commercial law practice and has advised clients in numerous business deals. He is skilled in drafting complex business contracts. He is also invaluable in advising clients on the right corporate structure that suits business or investment deals, be it special purpose vehicles or company restructuring.
